“Outstanding service to unlucky costumer “

The room was clean, beds were comfortable and almost noise-free. Sunlight was blocked off by great dark curtains. There was complimentary water. Unfortunately I lost my purse in the taxi (on the way to the hotel) and only found out in the morning that I had no cash, went to nearest atm and for some odd reasons it said my card was faulty (but I had used it in dubai on the same day…) anyway, the hotel management simply gave me some money to pay for the taxi fare, and also some change to get a light breakfast for me and my 5 year old daughter. These things are heartwarming and I am soooo thankful to the extremely helpful receptionists and the management of this fantastic hotel.
